Peace and love to friends, neighbors, supporters and haters!
First off. Dear Mamas. You are appreciated. 💐
NYC: I’ll be leading a workshop breaking down the production of News Beat, a social justice journalism-slash-music podcast that I produce, this coming Saturday, May 19 as part of #HipHopHacks: Music Production at LIU’s Brooklyn campus.
Later in the summer, I’ll be speaking/presenting at NYC’s H.O.P.E. Conference and Left Forum.
Sooo, if you’re thinking about getting someone to speak about hip-hop music and culture, social justicejournalism or podcasting at your school, conference, festival, kitchen, office cubicle, treehouse, house party….. Click here and let’s talk about talking!
Other than that, Happy Mother’s Day everyone! (Plays Nas’ “Dance”…)
